Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Establish and improve the equipment management system and implement it, including equipment acceptance, file management, production and operation procedures, and train and supervise the equipment operators;
2. Be responsible for troubleshooting in the daily operation of equipment (lyophilizer, filling machine and capping machine), complete each maintenance task with quality and quantity, and timely analyze the fault situation, treatment process, treatment results, fault causes, etc;
3. Be responsible for equipment installation and commissioning, data collection, equipment acceptance, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
4. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of equipment, make records, and formulate daily maintenance, predictive maintenance, etc;
5. Be responsible for the daily management of the company's water, electricity and gas, regularly carry out equipment patrol and spot inspection, and make records to ensure the normal operation of production;
6. Be responsible for equipment safety management, power safety management, etc;
7. Obey other matters assigned by the superior;
Job requirements:
1. Age: under 40
2. Familiar with CAD, PROTEL and other drawing software;
3. Familiar with PLC programming, electrician certificate;
4. Have good team spirit and noble professional ethics;
5. Identify with the company's corporate culture and have strong practical ability;
6. You can travel.
